Our StoryWe are a Champaign County farm family with a dedication to sustainable agriculture, and quality meat and poultry products. We take special care in the selection, rearing and processing of our chicken, turkey, beef, lamb and pork to provide a superior eating experience for you. All of our livestock are grown free-range at our farm. No pesticides or chemicals are applied to our pastures; no antibiotics or growth promoters are added to our animal feeds. All feeds are purchased from local feed mills that custom blend the livestock diets to our specifications. Our animals are processed locally at federally-inspected processing facilities. Our MissionWe strive to produce Heritage turkeys, natural lamb, grass-fed beef, and free range chicken in a natural, sustainable environment with the health and welfare of the animals as our primary focus. We produce delicious, high quality meat and poultry products for our family, and to the specifications of our customers without chemicals, hormones and antibiotics.
